LIFELINE VOTE RULES
Five designs from each region can progress in the competition through the lifeline vote.
A Maximum of two designs from the same school can progress. See example below, the
successful designs are highlighted in blue bold text:

Dress 1 - 10,000 votes
Dress 2 - 9,000 votes
Dress 3 - 8,000 votes
Dress 4 - 7,000 votes
Dress 5 - 6,000 votes
School B
Dress 1 - 5,000 votes
Dress 2 - 4,000 votes
Dress 3 - 3,000 votes
